Time Punch Pro ("the App") is a workplace time-clock application provided to employees of Jacobs Franchise Partners and participating locations (the "Employer"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. The App is intended for use by authorized employees on a shared device at the workplace.

How information is shared

Your information is shared only with your Employer and the service providers that operate the Employer's timekeeping and payroll systems on its behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or to track you across other apps or websites.

Data retention and security

Time records and photos are stored on secured, access-controlled systems and retained for as long as needed for payroll, recordkeeping, and to meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Employer's policies and applicable law. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and restricted access, to protect your information.

Camera permission

The App requests camera access solely to take the clock-in/out verification photo. You will be asked to grant this permission the first time it is needed. The camera is used only during a punch.

Your choices

Because the App is a workplace tool used to record hours worked, employees should direct questions about their time records, photos, or this policy to their manager or to the contact below.

Children

The App is a workplace tool and is not directed to children or to the general public. It is provided to employees in the course of their work.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
